Robbery at Hotel Paraiso

Campinilea is a huge, beautiful city which is located in the North of New Zeeland. Campinilea is a great place where you can enjoy a good time with your family, especially if you are on holidays. During the last three months, New Zeeland has been visited by a lot of tourists which have come from different countries. The city that has been most visited is Campinilea, which was visited by three millions of tourist the last summer. This year a lot of people have come to this city because of its wonderful weather. This city is known and very famous for its animals. Animals are found in the northern of the country, but some native species have also been seen in the east of the city. In Campinilea are risen a lot of animals; namely, sheep and goats which are risen in the northwest of the country. Mine copper can be found in the east; besides, cotton crops have been planted there, too. Rising of animals and plant cultivation have been considered the principal income for ages. The most of the inhabitants are focused on keeping the production of its city since it also attracts a lot of visitors.

Nowadays, everybody thinks that Campinilea is a peaceful place. Nevertheless, last night the police were called to investigate a robbery that took place at the Hotel Paraiso. The identity of the thief is still unknown. The police took note of several unusual occurrences. For example, the door was found open and the glass nest to the handle was broken, the chest of drawers was found with no clothes in it, some things were changed of place like the vase and the clock, the telephone was disconnected, the suitcase which was placed next to the bed was unlocked. However, the most strange was that an amphora which was on the chest of drawers had disappeared; instead, there was a box opened. It is expected that the investigation will end soon because the owners of the hotel are really upset.

I think that hotels need more security to avoid events like this, especially if they are located in a big city. People need to be sure that their things are safe. If the hotel had had more guards, it would not be robbed. Besides, we must be careful with our things and we do not have to blame to other person for what we did not do.

Love at first sight

Love overcomes all obstacles, distance, time and space. I did not believe that love at first sight existed, much less in those arrows that give you direct to the heart. But a few years ago this happened to me.

My extraordinary, but true love story started when I saw him. It was a day like any other; I will never forget the date when I met him, we coincided without thinking about time and place, something magical happened with us in that moment.

I met love when I was seventeen years. I remember that I was walking along the beach. I was enjoying that beautiful summer day because it was my only day free of work, suddenly I was him. He was sharing with his friends on the beach close to my house.

I met him and immediately found out that something special happened to me. He approached me with the intention of talking. I was very nervous because I did not know what to say. He said to me that his name was Rodrigo. At that time I introduced myself. We sat down to talk.

We talked for hours, and as time passed I fell in love with him. It happened so fast. When night fell I decided to go back home. The next day I woke up early because I was so excited. I got up thinking about everything experienced the night before and also I was thinking about our next meeting which would be at night.

That night was special because we decided to start a relationship. Yes, we were totally crazy, only one day was enough to realize our feelings. Although I knew he would go to the end of the summer.

Our beautiful love story began to be written by moonlight, with the presence of thousands and thousands of stars.
We decided to keep our relationship from our parents for three weeks because they would not understand our sudden love.

When my mother found out my relationship with Rodrigo, she demanded me break up with him. When I heard my mother say that I felt that my world was falling apart.

In spite of everything my mother said to me I decided to carry on my relationship. Every night I had to make something up to meet with my boyfriend.
Fortunately, I had a friend who helped me to talk to my boyfriend without my mother knowing.

Rodrigo who was my summer love is still with me. Yes, after three years together and having shared good times and bad times, I can say that we won fate and adversity. Everything is possible if you want. My relationship which began in a magical way will always be in my heart.

Telethon

Around the country, we can observe many organizations and foundations which have been created to help people when they are suffering because of any illness or disability. These organizations have been helping many children, youth and adults for many years. Without doubt the most important foundation in our country is the telethon.
As we all know the telethon is a nonprofit organization whose only purpose is to raise money to help children with disabilities.

The main mission of the telethon is the integral rehabilitation of children and young people in disability status.

The telethon has created many rehabilitation centers throughout the country. These rehabilitation centers have facilitated the integration of people with disabilities into society. The support provided by the telethon is not only physical but also psychological, it support is delivered to the most low-income people.
The Chilean telethon host has always been Mario Kreutzberger, who is also known as Don Francisco, He is the symbol of "La Teletón" in Chile .he is the person responsible for carrying out the event via television, online, etc.. Don Francisco has always been worried about children in Chile. The telethon is an event of national unity and is proportionally, the most widely watched telethon in the world.

In our country there are Telethon volunteers, they are a group made up of diverse people working to support the quality and warmth of care in institutions, promoting social integration and inclusion of people with disabilities and participating in community activities together with families and social organizations.
I had never seen a more wonderful work and I sincerely hope the telethon go ahead helping people because thanks to the telethon many children have been able to achieve their dreams; many of these children were able to attend special schools and integrated into a society as a normal person.

We all have the desire and willingness to help, but if someone does not take the first step we are not able to do it.

Are compatible family and work?

Today, in many parts of the world, work and family mean A Complicated Relationship. We have a lot of responsibilities and obligations, for example, family is a responsibility and work is an obligation, but what happens when the time is not enough? It is very difficult to balance work-family relationship, lack of time and fatigue is the cause of this bad relationship, because in many instances we feel confused about our priorities, many times we think we live to work, but are we right? Although the family can coincide to work, it is really difficult and unlikely; we must try to organize our free times. Although we prepared from young to work, the family will always be the most important and certainly we will have in our lives, in contrast, work is not permanent and no insurance. We can always count with our family. “Artificial separation of work and family, this means to increased stress and decreased productivity in the company because, while performing their jobs, workers are uneasy about the functions of assistance should be provided in their homes. And this, in turn, leads to a high rate of dropouts in the labor market, since many workers, unable to combine work in the company and their family, leave their jobs”(1) In the history "The Jack Randa Hotel “we can see something similar to what I mentioned earlier, Gail, the protagonist of the story, decides to give up everything she owned (her store, work, etc), she sold her belongings to Donalda, her clerk, and made a brief trip, she followed her ex-husband, who had fallen in love with another woman named Sandy. Gail chose the family rather than work in spite of not knowing if it would be a good decision, in my opinion I think Gail was obsessed with Will, but their actions show the importance of family and I think her decision was something wrong, but the best, because she preferred to have someone at her side before sinking into the solitude of her work. I think that one of the biggest challenges of working and raising a family is to have time and feel good about the work and family. Many people say that family is their first priority, however, is not as well. Perhaps the family is in first place in their hearts, but clearly not in his time. Many parents think that the work is very important to their lives because they think they do it for their families. Is true “The work-family conflict is a stressor that is caused by pressure from work (an activity which is devoted more time) and family (activity considered more important than the job), becoming in some respects incompatible. The more time and energy is devoted to an activity, have less time to devote to the other” (2), but I think everything that exists in the world has time and place. We must try to find a perfect balance to live with our family and our work; it is difficult but not impossible.

IF I WERE...

Everyone thinks about their lifestyle, everyone wants to be a celebrity to enjoy travel and many other things.
If you ask me, who I would like to be? The answer would be immediate, because I have very clear who I would like to be.
If I could be someone else, I wouldn't like to be a famous people because I think that they are always being part of polemics and tangles, they do not always stand out for their talent, for that reason I would like to be a simple person but with good values. If I were someone else, I like to be my mother or my sister, because they are the most important people in my life.
If I were my mother, I would like to spend my time with my daughters and my family in general.
I would like to be her because she is always worried about us and for her family and friends.
She is the most important person in my life I am nothing without she. I would like to be her because her lifestyle is always the same, she is a humble, honest and straightforward. She enjoys the simple things.
The reason why I would like to be her, is very simple but not least I would like to be always listening and giving advice to my daughters and grandchildren, I would be spoiled them all the time because I love children.
if I were my mom I would get all the strength, empathy and love that she has.
Another reason why I would like to be my mom is because she always gives me some advice; My mom and my sisters are my unconditional support.
I believe that nobody is perfect but for me, my mom is.
I would like to be my sister too, because she always listens to me and helps me in everything.
if I were my sister I would like to have more time to rest and to share with my family. I would like to be her for many reasons, first: she is a very courageous woman and also very nice and understanding.
The lifestyle of my sister is different to my mom because my sister is more energetic than our mom , that is because my sister is younger than my mom.
If I were my sister or my mom, I would like to think the same way they do. I have never heard a bad comment from them nor do they comment on things that are not part of them.
I believe and I am sure that if life gave me the opportunity to be someone else and live elsewhere, I would not change my family for anything.
I love being me because life has given me some wonderful people who will always be with me.

I would like to be these two wonderful people because they are part of my life. For me, they are the cornerstones of everything I do.
I would like to be one of them because they are very respectful and responsible people. They have always been empathic and hardworking people.

MONSTER HOUSE!!!

In my opinion children are people with more imagination in the world because they are able to create amazing things that an adult could not.
Imagination is one of the most common features in children; they create and invent a lot of things during their childhood.
Now I will tell you some things about my childhood.
When I was a child I used to imagine many things, especially things of my house, I always dreamed that my house was haunted, I thought that in my house there were many monsters and they tried to scare me.
When I was ten years I had a terrible nightmare. I remember a cold night with lots of fog, if I remember correctly was a cold autumn night; I was with my best friend in an unfamiliar place for both, we did not know where we were and for that reason we decided to walk. After a while in darkness we saw a huge house near a horrible swamp, for our luck in the big house had a light on but we decided to approach with caution because obviously we were very scared. The night was growing darker and strange noises caused fear in us, we ran into the house and being in front of the house we saw that it was a very old house.
We decided to enter to protect us from the cold night and the horrible noises. Once inside we felt calmer than before and we asked if there was someone there but nobody answered our question.
We thought we were alone, but during our stay in this house we started feeling a strange presence, a cold air running down our backs, my friend got scared and said me that she wanted to leave that place, I agreed with her and we decided to leave the house but when we tried to open the door we could not because the door was blocked.
Then we started looking for another way out, we run around the house but we did not find other door, the only access door was what was blocked. We went into panic and despair when we begin to see that we could not get out, suddenly we heard a noise and thought that there was someone, who wanted to scare us, but nobody was in this house and the shock was even greater.
Suddenly the house started moving and strange noises began to be heard, we started to feel footsteps and voices of people, but we never imagined that all these events were caused by the house, I was running with my friend, when she fell down and cut her leg with a glass that had on the floor, the strangest thing was when the blood started running from her wound because many monsters started coming out of the walls, they wanted to consume the blood of my friend. The house began to transform into a horrible place because monsters tried to attack us. I try to take my friend far away and with much effort I could. We watched as the house began to collapse and destroyed it. Our conclusion was that the house was haunted and so tried to attack us, in other words that horrible place was a monster house. Closing my eyes I woke up very scared, it was all a bad dream.

Cheating

In my opinion, cheating is a bad action for us and for everyone, because nobody deserves to be deceived.
Everyone has different attitudes, good and bad attitudes. Cheating is a bad attitude but be honest is one of the best characteristics of a person.
Sometimes we lie to get good grades or to surprise to someone, but lying is not a good way of doing things. I think the best way of doing things is trying it and be honest with ourselves and with others.
Cheating is very common in students, but I believe not only in them, it is possible or very likely that exist other similar cases. Copy and paste has become very common these days. Sometimes we use these methods (copy and paste) because we do not give enough time to do some things like homework, to make any presentation or something.
Today, the Internet is a helpful tool, is a place where we can find millions and millions of answers to our questions, but the internet, plus provide much information, also has become the most visited place to extract information for different tasks, unfortunately the presentations or tasks are copied and pasted directly. I think that today some people do not give the time to read documents, and much less to get a general idea on some subject, because it is easier copy, paste and change some data.
In our life have always existed and will continue to exist different forms of cheating, if we do something to change, we continue lying to ourselves and also we will hurt to someone who do not deserve it. We must always tell the truth because lies never lead to anything good.
We should note that the values are the most important things that our parents give us and teach over life.
Our parents are the people that support us in everything but when we lie let them down.

Nobody is perfect but we can do the impossible to change our attitudes. Confidence in ourselves is essential if we want to do something. There is one wise phrase that says "we are the architects of our future."
Cheating is a negative attitude that is made by immaturity, laziness, comfort, etc. and today is very common. We think that when we cheat there is not any kind of learning.

We are the most affected when we cheat.
Do not lie or lie to others, lying is not good.
Cheating is not the solution to the problems only makes worse things.
